- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Thomas Saylor is a genius and was able to repair my left arm. I almost lost it in an ATV accident in September. He has been very patient with me and answers all of my questions that I have, which is usually a lot. He also just recently had to do 2 more surgeries on me because I had gotten an infection and the first was to wash my arm out and the second was to remove the metal that the infection was in.
